The project involved the strategic transformation of an underutilized industrial asset into a high-impact destination, including the identification and securing of a long-term operating partner to anchor the asset’s programming and ensure sustained activation. Following stabilization, Allied Realty Associates represented the seller in the disposition of the ~11,000 square foot commercial building, achieving a sale price of $5,700,000.
